Today, Monday – November 13 – at the Avani Muscat Hotel in the Seeb Wilayat in the Muscat Governorate, the activities of the evaluation sessions for the digital transformation project for the second phase, organized by the Ministry, represented by the Digital Transformation Team and in cooperation with the Omani Telecommunications and Information Technology Group (Idhkaa), were concluded.
During the working sessions, the companies that submitted presentations were evaluated on their experiences in the same field and the type of systems used in the project. The companies also presented their time plans for implementing the project. The presentations touched on training and qualification, in addition to the media plan accompanying the launch of electronic services.
The implementation of the Ministry’s digital transformation project comes within the national e-government project, as it includes digitizing all the services provided by the Ministry to beneficiaries, which are more than 245 services, so that it makes it easier for them to access electronic services and complete their transactions with complete ease and ease, shortening the effort and time required to complete transactions.
